1). What is your availability?

A: Availability is largely very much open- from any day of the week we are needed, to just about any time of the day. However, from Thursday to Friday of any given week, a number of last minute bookings are received  So, if there is a given day or time frame you’d like to have booked, the sooner the better. The easiest and most straightforward way to do so is to make your reservation here on the book online tab of our website.

2). Do you require a deposit?

A: This question actually tandems well with the prior one above and the short answer is yes. To schedule or reserve any day or time when it comes to a booking, a deposit of half the total amount is required to be paid up front with the remainder to be paid at the time of booking.

3). How far ahead of time do you accept bookings?

A: Bookings are accepted as far as up to a year and a half in advance.

4). Do you provide contracts for your services and/ or bookings?

A: Upon request, yes. However, there is an exception to this for weddings, where they are actually a prerequisite to a booking.

5). Do you provide editing for the photos you take?

A: Yes, all editing is done in-house.

6). What exactly do you photograph?

A: Odds are, if whatever you need covered can be done with a camera and lens, Studio 42 Photography can do it. So the answer is, more or less, everything.

7). What is the average delivery time for photos?

A: This is variable. The summer, for example, is the busiest time for a photographer and delivery times then can range anywhere from one to two weeks. However, the average delivery time is typically less than a week.

8). How do you deliver the photos?

A: Usually all photos are delivered digitally via Google Drive or Dropbox. A CD or USB can be sent upon request.

9). Do you offer videography services?

A: Limited services in the way of short videos and trailers can be done without issue. For greater needs, an independently contracted videographer is brought in.

10). Can I have a second photographer for coverage of my event?

A: Yes, you can! On staff part time for Studio 42 Photographyare a few associate photographers and one can provided for an additional coverage!

1`1). What is your average response time to emails, text messages, and voicemails?

A:  This one can vary, but due to the high volume of correspondence we receive, it can sometimes be up to 24-36 hours before ge can give a response.
